The Holocaust Educational Trust visited Ashton Sixth Form College to work with the second year History students. 

Caroline from the Holocaust Educational Trust worked with the students to explore varying laws throughout the 1930s and early 1940s.

Students were able to make great connections to implantation of the Anti-Jewish laws. Working in groups as part of a team, students were able to ask questions and learn more about a time in which around 17 million people lost their lives throughout the Holocaust. 

The Holocaust Education Trust is a registered charity whose "aim is to educate young people from every background about the Holocaust and the important lessons to be learned for today" (het.org.uk). One of its earliest accomplishments "was ensuring that the Holocaust formed part of the National Curriculum for History".
