Background
The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 came into force on 1st April 2017. The college is required to publish specified information related to facility time provided to trade union representatives.
The first publication is to be published by 31 July 2018. For the period 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. In line with the regulations, facility time information will be published annually using the same period (01 April – 31 March).
