College recognised as an FA Grassroots Hub
Ashton Sixth Form College is now one of less than 100 colleges across the country to be recognised by the Football Association (FA).
The college is now an FA Grassroots Hub. The aim of the hub moving forward, is to retain and grow male and female participation year on year.
With this tremendous recognition, there is now an opportunity for two students to become FA Activators. These students will play a key role in supporting the delivery of college and local football provision. They will also have the chance to develop their skills and complete FA qualifications with access to FA conferences at St. Georges Park.
The college looks forward to seeing Football grow from strength to strength over the next few years.
