This year students put on a fantastic show with the help of staff from the Music and Performing Arts department as well as featuring a guest appearance from former student (now studying composition at RNCM) Aaron Breeze. A-Level Music, BTEC Music and BTEC Performing Arts students all took part, here is a selection:

Tom Paddon – 2nd year A-Level – played ‘The Loner’ by Gary Moore on electric guitar

 Lucy Mountfort – 2nd year BTEC Performing Arts – gave an emotional performance of ‘Who Wants to Live Forever’ by Queen

 Alice Thompson – 1st year AS Music – played ‘Rasulka’s Song to the Moon’ on the Cornet accompanied by former student Aaron Breeze

 Yasmin Ali – 1st year BTEC Music – sang and played her own song ‘Looking Through’

 Sean Rowles – 2nd year BTEC Music – sang and played ‘Come Closer’ by Miles Kane
