Our December Speaker of the Month was Lee Hughes, from Lincoln House Chambers.

Lee is a barrister at the law firm, where he specialises in regulatory, disciplinary and inquest proceedings.

Lee qualified as a solicitor in 2009, after being the first one in his family to achieve A Levels and a degree! 

He has worked at Lincoln House Chambers since 2017 and was instrumental in the introduction of measures to improve equality and diversity at the firm. Lee is also a mentor for students of Gray's Inn who identify as coming from underrepresented backgrounds.
