Paul Kelly, from City in the Community recently visited us our Speaker of the Month for March!

Paul is the current Disability lead at City in the Community. He explored his role with students, specifically the CITC 'OneCity' programme, which provides football and sporting opportunities to participants of all ages with disabilities. 

Paul discussed the various individuals he coaches and how sessions can be adapted to suit their needs. This involved some practical demonstration! He also highlighted career pathways open to students in sport that go beyond elite football.
