This week, we welcomed our second Speaker of the Month for February, Richard McCann. 

Richard is founder of the 'iCan Academy', and tours the country delivering motivational talks. Richard builds on his own life experiences, including his mother being the first victim of notorious serial killer, Peter Sutcliffe.

Despite a hard childhood and past, Richard overcame his struggles and ultimately turned his life around.

Richard shared his story with students, exploring the 'iCan' approach and demonstrating what can be achieved with a growth mindset. Students were left feeling inspired and motivated after Richard's motivational talk.
